CASE ERECTOR / CARTON ERECTOR

The machines can be delivered as semi-automatic or full-automatic and with an integrated tape sealer or hotmelt glue sealing. The machines are compact, easy to install and easy to use in operation with a subsequent minimum spare-/service requirement.

The machines are constructed of a fully welded steel frame.

The boxes/cases are automatically picked with suction cups and taped (or hotmelt glued) on the bottom of the case before leaving the machine. The machine is fully guarded in accordance to the machine directive.

The machine is operated from the HMI, where you can get information such as alarms, program numbers, settings and more. The size change is done with a handwheel and can be completed in a few minutes

The packaging is typically FEFCO 0200 or 0201.

The machine can be combined with:

1. Automatic filling of products

2. Automatic sealing of the bottom (Tape or hotmelt)

3. Automatic sealing of the top (tape or hotmelt)

4. Full-automatic case erector and top sealer

5. Robot automatic case erector for multiple different sizes .

6. Automatic lining of bags.
